George was rescued from Value Village and adopted into my home a while ago. He underwent some serious surgery in order to perform his storytime duties to the best of his abilities. He recovered quickly and now frequently makes the trip to the library in my backpack so that he can tell everyone his favourite story “Bark, George” by Jules Feiffer.
He is awesome and doesn’t mind at all when the vet has to stick his [her] hand “deep, deep, deep, down inside George” to reenact pulling out… but I won’t spoil the story. You’ll just have to listen to George tell it.
